I can't figure out the point of JV's angle. Does this mean we will be able to pull troops out? Er, no. I can't see the government undermining the US by waiting until they put more troops in then saying 'oh right, we can take ours out then!' That would just be an exchange of troops. I would say the chances of any of our troops coming out as a result of this are nil.
