I won't be here for tomorrow night's General Knowledge quiz. Mrs B is off to hospital tomorrow to have the 2nd, and final part of her leg operation completed. Leaving me all alone to look after the kids!

I can't make the next 5 Thursday's either, Mike.
1. I'm out with work tomorrow.
2. My Dad is going into hospital for a knee replacement operation next Thursday.
3. I have a late meeting. :(
4. I'm going on holiday :D
5. Still on holiday :D
I suppose that being on Holiday means I'll miss a Monday too :?
Please sir, are my excuses authorised?

Look at that. Your dad and my wife, both have leg operations on a Thursday. You couldn't get odds on that, could you?

Hope all the operations and holidays go well for your families, both RBs.
Never mind, we'll see if anyone does turn up if not I can save the questions for another time.
Best wishes

Oh well, looks as if I can make it after all. Jane had her op later than planned, so I've just spent the last two hours talking to Sleeping Beauty! The clinical staff said I'd be better off going home. So, here I am.
As for Jane's op. It went without problems and she's fine.

I was just going to ask how Jane was but you've answered. I'm sure everyone will echo my get well wishes.
