Do you think it's possible for someone to get through passport control wearing as veil as a disguise?

Unless we know what the protocol is for veiled people going through passport control, I don't think we can really speculate. It'd be interesting to hear a statement from the horse's mouth.

Yes it is possible. Did someone skip the country fleeing justice, yes it's possible. Is the media trying to stir up anti-Muslim feelings. Yes they are.

Jeremy's showpage says:

Police seeking a man over the murder of Pc Sharon Beshenivsky are considering the theory he may have fled the UK dressed as a veiled Muslim woman

This is a gross misrepresentation of the position. The police were asked by a journalist if the man had left the country in this manner and the police quite correctly said they were considering all options. It is a cheap journo trick. The hack could have said 'Are you ruling out the suspect leaving the country wearing a false white beard, a red costume and shiny black boots' and the police would have had to have said 'No'. And tomorrow's headlines would have been...

v8

I would pay good money to hear a representative from the Santa Claus Council of Britain complaining on Jeremy's show that they are being demonised at potential terrorists.

Seems that they will discuss the rules.

On the face of it I would think it is highly likely that it has happened, and not just with this case.

It is absolutely crazy that there are no immigration checks on people leaving the UK and to let check in staff do the job of an immigration officer.

I really do think they should be asked to lift their veils.

Hang your head in shame Jeremy for your concluding remarks. The police did not say that the man may have left the country wearing a veil.
