I don't know about you, but I'm one of those people who "never has time" to go travelling, go for walks and do sport. The healthiest thing I do is take vitamins. That's quick and easy.

- i do sports like basketball, parkour and wall climbing. i also want to try other physical sports and martial arts
- eat healthy foods - for brain boosters i always read interesting facts and articles over the internet, and i also play UK bingo online to maintain hand and eye coordination - i jog and go to the gym 2-3 times a week and the rest is work and family! |
